The 2014-15 budget allocation of $0.2 million to establish enhanced contact centres in the eight metropolitan districts, as well as the Peel and Murchison districts, relates to funding the additional operating and consumable costs for the facilities to function as enhanced contact centres. The accommodation and staffing costs associated with the contact centres have been funded through existing resources.
