I refer to the answer provided by the Minister for Health on 14/10/15 to questions about the tri-generation plant at Fiona Stanley Hospital and ask: (a) what were the capital costs for the tri-generation plant; (b) what were the total construction and installation costs for the tri-generation plant; and (c) what has been the total costs expended on maintenance and repairs of the tri-generation plant to date?

(a) The capital cost of the Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) Tri-Generation plant is $6.5 million.
(b) Construction costs are included in the capital cost as per the response to (a). The FSH Tri-Generation plant is an integral part of the FSH Central Energy Plant design and system and it is not possible to identify the individual cost of installation of the Tri-Generation Plant.
(c) Maintenance and repairs are part of the fixed Facility Management payment under the Facilities Management Services Contract; maintenance and repairs specifically relating to the Tri-Generation plant are not disaggregated from the total payment.
