Electricity Corporations Act 2005
, which the Government implemented to replace Western Power Corporation’s role relating to the provision of electricity in the area covered by the South West Interconnected System (SWIS) in Western Australia;
(b) does this contract, in accordance with part 4 of the
Electricity Corporations Act 2005
prescribe the terms and conditions of the initial contractual arrangements between retail and generation relating to the supply of capacity credits and electricity to retail in the SWIS;
(c) does this contract, on page 108 in schedule 8 titled ‘SPECIFIED DATA’, list quantitative values for Emu Downs Wind Farm;
(d) does this contract, on page 108 in schedule 8, list 22.6 megawatts;
(e) is this the contracted electricity supply from the Emu Downs Wind Farm; and
(i) if not, why not; and
(f) does the contract specify 22.6 megawatts per hour from the wind farm?

(a)-(d) Yes.
(e) No.
(f) It is a notional allocation of energy from the Emu Downs Windfarm under the Vesting Contract to cover an inherited retail contract covered by the Vesting Contract.
(g) Synergy's contract specifies 22.6 MW and 198 000 MWh per annum.
