I refer to the following Department of Housing properties in Laverton, and I ask for each property:
(a) 11 Cable Street;
(b) 14 Phoenix Street;
(c) 16 Weld Drive;
(d) 26 Weld Drive;
(e) 30 Weld Drive;
(f) 19 Euro Place;
(g) 6 Ida Place;
(h) 15 Euro Street; and
(i) 32 Weld Drive:
(i) how much was spent on maintenance, repairs, refurbishment or improvements in the 12 months prior to their demolition;
(ii) on what date was each property vacated;
(iii) on what date was each property demolished;
(iv) are any of these properties for sale (or sold), or being transferred to the community housing sector, and if yes, which properties;
(v) if any of the above properties are on the market to be sold (or have been sold), were they advertised locally, and how were they advertised/marketed; and
are there any plans for the Department to redevelop any of the above sites, and if so, how many units or properties will be built on each site, and when is construction due to commence?
