(a) - (b) The Western Australia Police (WAPOL) advise that the WA Information Commissioner has jurisprudence over such affairs, and if such an event occurred he is likely to recommend that either the Corruption and Crime Commission or the Police Commissioner investigate the breach. WAPOL further advise they have no record of any charges under the FOI Act.
