203. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I
refer to the letter to the Premier from Mr Craig Peacock dated 23 January 2024,
arising from the Parliamentary Inspector of the Corruption and Crime
Commission's report of 27 November 2023 correcting the errors and
omissions contained in the Corruption and Crime Commission's report of
12 March 2019.
(1) Has the Premier received the
letter?
(2) If so, has the Premier read it?
(3) Is the Premier considering what
amounts to a request for an ex gratia payment?
(4) If yes to (2) or (3), when can
Mr Peacock expect a response?
(5) If no to (2) or (3), why not?
