(a) The Department of Regional Development and Lands and LandCorp, in conjunction with the South-West Development Commission are investigating potential land parcels within the Bunbury region, however there is a shortage of Crown land within Bunbury suitable for development.
(b) Until a position on the 'land swap' is agreed the Government is not in a position to confirm what land may be involved and the management objectives.
(c) First part of question should be directed to the Minister for Planning. Should any 'land swap' be able to be completed, undeveloped Crown land at College Grove will be considered for addition to the Ocean to Preston River Park.
(d) Until a final position on the 'land swap' is agreed the Government is not in a position to confirm what land may be involved.
