(1) In reference to the 1 July 2018 National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) roll out in Western Australia, which will see the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) assuming responsibility for the delivery of the Scheme in Western Australia, does the Minister have a contingency plan should the transition not go smoothly and effectively in rural and remote areas? (2) Will the Minister identify the unique challenges for the delivery of the NDIS in regional WA? (3) What measures has the Minister implemented, or will implement, to ensure that high levels of care are provided for people with disabilities in regional Western Australia who have complex needs?
