(a-b) No. I am advised the information provided to me by the North Metropolitan Health Service Mental Health (NMHS Mental Health) for the response to Question on Notice 2007 was not correct.
In response to question on notice No. 2007, I answered that one young person was admitted to the Frankland Centre due to unsuitable age appropriate accommodation in 2011/2012. Additionally, I answered that no young persons were admitted due to unsuitable age appropriate accommodation in 2012/13.
I have since been advised that there were no young persons admitted to the Frankland Centre due to unsuitable age appropriate accommodation in 2011/2012 and one young person was admitted to the Frankland Centre due to unsuitable age appropriate accommodation in 2012/2013.
NMHS Mental Health has sincerely apologised for the reporting error.
(c) Nil.
