(a)     There are 9 Public Housing units at 57 Hawker Avenue, Warwick; 2 are one bedroom and 7 are two bedrooms.
(b-c) The original builder collapsed in the aftermath of COVID.  As for any builder insolvency event, there is a process to go through to contract a new builder.  This occurs concurrently with the liquidation process that can take 12 months or more.
Although properties may appear complete for the outside there are often a range of minor internal works still to be undertaken, as well as safety checks to fire and electrical systems to ensure the properties are safe for occupation.
All properties are in the process of being allocated to applicants on the waitlist.
