I refer to surrogacy in Western Australia (WA), and I ask:(a) what specific data does WA collect on maternal health complications experienced by surrogates; and(b) for each year from 2019-20 to 2023-24, how many surrogates in WA experienced:(i) severe postpartum haemorrhage;(ii) severe pre-eclampsia;(iii) puerperal sepsis;(iv) preterm birth before 37 weeks; and(v) emergency caesarean delivery?
