In the context of the workforce renewal savings measures announced in the Mid-Year Review, and those defined front-line employees for each department and agency under the Minister's jurisdiction, can the Minister please advise: (a) what job or position characteristics, specifications or features are relevant to the "front-line employee" definition; (b) what was the process undertaken to define "front-line"; (c) of those positions not defined as "front-line", how many were reviewed with a view to their inclusion within the definition of "front-line" but were subsequently removed by: (i) position title; and (ii) location; (d) those positions not defined as "front-line" by: (i) position title; and (ii) location; and (e) what stakeholder consultation occurred in seeking to define "front-line public service"?
