Bearing in mind Labor Party Policy is for contracts not to be unilaterally altered and the investment by contractors into school buses are to be taken into account in any renegotiations. Also timely reviews of contract remuneration for providers of school bus services are carried out and completed as a matter of urgency -
(1) Has the rate review for school bus operators been completed?
(2) If so, what is the result?
(3) If not, when can it be expected?
(4) Will the five year contracts with a negotiated roll-over be maintained in the future?
(5) Will the issue of contracts be dealt with separately?
