(2) - (3) Yes. The recommendations of the Government and Industry Working Group, comprising experts from a number of Government Departments and from the Western Australian Local Government Association assessed the proposed plant with a view to its use for the disposal of poultry waste and feed during an exotic disease outbreak. I also stated in my letter that the project would need to meet the environmental and planning requirements.
