(2) There have been 32 referrals to the Juvenile Justice Teams this financial year. These referrals are progressed through Family Group Conferences or conferences between the young person, Police and Department of Justice staff. However, if the query relates to staff conferences, there have been conferences for Senior Juvenile Justice Officers and Senior Community Corrections Officers, and a conference for Juvenile Justice Teams in addition to the quarterly managers’ conferences. (3) Not Applicable (4) Subject to confirmation of the budget allocation to the Department of Justice for 2001-02, the budget for Northam will be maintained at its current level.
