THE FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES AUTHORITY (FESA) The Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) advise as follows: (a) The total amount spent on legal advice since 1 July 2003 to 31August 2005 was $75,562.79. (b-c) The name of each provider of legal advice and amount paid: State Solicitor's Office $16,464.12 Deacons $51,472.58 Sally Jetson and Associates $4,772.73 Cameron Farms Pty Ltd $200.00 Lloyd Offshore Helicopters $1,150.00 Hager & Partners $1,000.00 Fiona McGaley $36.36 Department of Justice $467.00 (d)The service for which the payments were made include property lease/acquisition/disposal matters and costs/disbursements, interpretation of legislation, contract matters, management/heritage/service level agreement matters, Coronial Inquest matters.
