I refer to Question without Notice number 88, answered in the Legislative Council on Wednesday 20 February, and I ask: (a) How much revenue will the State lose as a result of this delay; (b) Did interstate gambling operators raise concerns with the Minister and if so, which organisations raised concerns with the Minister and on what date; (c) What was the nature of the concerns raised; (d) Did interstate gambling operators raise concerns with the RAWA and if so, which organisations raised concerns with the Minister and on what date; and (e) What was the nature of the concerns raised?

(b) Yes. Gambling operators who raised concerns with my office include: Bet Easy on 21 January 2019, 5 February 2019 and 26 February 2019; Sportsbet on 20 February 2019 and 13 March 2019; Ladbrokes on 8 March 2019; Racing and Wagering Western Australia and WA TAB on 13 February 2019 and 14 February 2019 and Tabcorp on 5 February 2019.
(c) The nature of the concerns included the implications on the sale of the WA TAB, organisations advertising content on national platforms (advertising consistency), consumer protection and harm minimisation, clarifying definitions and practical interpretation of the regulation and adequate time for implementation.
(d) This question is not comprehensible.
