I refer to the road
trauma trust account, noting that the Road Safety Council has been working with
the WA Treasury Corporation to finalise an investment framework to inform
future funding requests.
(1) Is the investment framework complete?
(2) If not, when is the framework expected to be
finalised?
(3) Will the framework be released to the public?
(4) If yes to (3), how will the information be
distributed?

(1) No.
(2) The minister
expects the Road Safety Council to have finalised its strategic investment
framework in time to inform the 2026–27 budget.
(3) Yes.
(4) The road trauma trust account strategic
investment framework will be published on the Road Safety Commission's website
alongside other relevant documents, including the RTTA administration framework
and the RTTA program evaluation framework.
