In relation to section 20 of the

, I ask:
(a) during 2008–2009, on how many occasions has the Treasurer used the power under section 20 to transfer excess amounts from special purpose accounts to the Consolidated Account;
(b) during 2008–2009, what was the total value of all funds transferred from special purpose accounts to the Consolidated Account under the powers of section 20; and
(c) from which accounts and respective agencies or departments were these funds withdrawn; and
(i) what was the value of funds transferred;
(ii) when did the transfer occur; and
(iii) what reasoning was used to determine that the amount was more than what was reasonably required for the purposes of that account?
