I refer to the Minister's appointment as the Minister for Climate Action from 21 December 2021, and I ask: (a) on how many occasions has the Minister taken a commercial flight in an official capacity; (b) of those identified in (a), on how many of the occasions did the Minister elect, as part of the booking, to offset related carbon emissions; (c) on how many occasions has the Minister utilised the Government owned ministerial aircraft or charter aircraft in an official capacity; (d) of those identified in (c), how did the Minister assess and consider offsetting the related carbon emissions; and (e) please identify the relevant Government policy relating to offsetting carbon emissions created in the course of official Government travel?
