I refer to Banksia Hill Detention Centre and Unit 18, and I ask:
(a) how many daily Youth Custodial Officer (YCO) shifts are required for each facility to be considered fully staffed;
(b) how many YCO shifts were unfulfilled during the months of March and April 2023 respectively, broken down by facility; and
(c) how many YCO shifts were funfulfilled on:
(i) 9 May 2023;
(ii) 15 April 2023;
(iii) 27 February 2023;
(iv) 12 January 2023; and
(v) 31 December 2022?
