(a-c) In response to Question on Notice No 249, the Minister advises that he was first appointed as a Minister in the Gallop Government on 16 February 2001, and that he is not at this time prepared to request his Chief Executives to allocate the resources necessary to research and collate information relative to the activities of the previous administration in reference to these matters.
However, the member is most welcome to position with the Minister any specific concerns for consideration and investigation.
