The Department of Housing and Works advises:
(a) The estate is known as Forrest Estate. This estate has a total of 77 single residential lots which the public will be given the opportunity to purchase and 3 group housing sites which have been retained. Of the single residential lots, forty six have been sold and twenty two are on the market, with the most recent release in October 2007.
(b) (i-iii) Please see the attached table.
