I refer to the Minister's announcement on 11 October 2012 regarding a plan to ease congestion in Mount Lawley and Maylands, and ask —
(1) Is the $16 million allocated for bridge upgrades contained in the current State Budget?
(2) If yes to (1), under which line item and in which financial years is the money listed in the Budget?
(3) If no to (1), has new money been allocated?
(4) If yes to (1), in which forward estimates will it be spent?
