(3) How many prison officers were assaulted in Western Australian prisons last month (please list details of each assault and the prisons in which they occurred)?
(4) How many allegations of prison rape did the Department of Justice receive last month (please list details of each rape and the prisons in which they occurred)?
(5) Please list all recreational, sporting or leisurely activities that were undertaken by Western Australian prisoners outside of prison walls last month and provide details of the prisons concerned?
(6) How many prisoners were serving time in minimum security prisons for murder or sexual assault as at the end of last month?
