(1) What was the
allocation in the 2011–12 budget for health services for adult
prisoners and juvenile prisoners?

allocation in the 2012–13 budget for health services for adult

allocation in the 2011–12 budget for mental health services for adult
prisoners and juvenile prisoners?

On behalf of the Minister for Education representing the
Minister for Corrective Services, I thank the honourable member for some notice
of the question.
(1) For adult
prisoners, the 2011–12 health services allocation was $30 538 794; for
juvenile prisoners, $1 102 746.
(2) For adult
prisoners, the 2012–13 health services allocation is $34 071 398; for
juvenile prisoners, $1 087 150.
(3) For adult
prisoners, the 2011–12 mental health services allocation was $4 110 609;
for juvenile prisoners, $13 517 for a psychiatrist and $101 462 for a clinical
consultant co-morbidity—SRN 3 nurse.
(4) For adult
prisoners, the 2012–13 mental health services allocation is $4 292 728;
for juvenile prisoners, $21 382 for a psychiatrist and $110 746 for a clinical
consultant co-morbidity—SRN 3 nurse.
