Synergy's residential bills already state the average daily cost for the consumption period being billed for on the front page.
However, it is not practical to include an estimation regarding annual consumption as it is heavily influenced by a range of uncontrollable factors such as weather. As such, any annual estimation may be misleading for customers. Customers who wish to better understand their own consumption patterns are encouraged to utilise Synergy's online "My Account" feature, or review filed copies of previous billing periods.
