(8) The wastes are biological and industrial solids resulting from the treatment of biological liquid wastes such as septage and grease trap, and non- hazardous industrial liquid wastes such as oily wastes, acids and alkalis. All solid wastes from the Brookdale facility are sampled for moisture, volatile solids, oil and grease, nutrients, total cyanide, metals and leachable metals to ensure they meet waste acceptance criteria prior to disposal to landfill.
