RESTRAINING ORDERS LAW — REVIEW
I refer to a report in The West Australian on 15 December 2010 that the Attorney General had recently received a review of restraining orders law from his department. (1) When did the Attorney General receive the review? (2) Will the Attorney General make the review available to the Parliament? (3) If no to (3), why not? (2) The review was tabled in the Legislative Assembly on 7 May 2008. (3) Not applicable. (4) The previous Attorney General accepted all of the recommendations at the time of tabling.
