refer to the chief executive and principle executive officers of the State
Library of WA, WA Museum and Art Gallery of WA, and ask: (a) for each of the years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 and from 1 July to 20 October 2018 how many days was each officer absent from WA on interstate or overseas work duties; (b) what
percentage of their working days, excluding leave and sickness days, did this
represent for each officer in each year; (c) what
were the destinations and duration of stays for each official visit: (i) what were the costs of each visit and the total cost for each of the years; (d) what were the reasons for each of the
trips; (e) were any adjoining holiday excursions made
in association with any of the work trips: (i) if
yes, what holiday trips were undertaken, by whom, when and to where; and (ii) what
contribution did any of the officers make to the trips that involved a personal
holiday component and please provide a breakdown of the contributions; and (f) did any of the officers conduct third-party work during any of the interstate or overseas trips: (i) please
list the third-party work and which officers conducted them; and (ii) in
each case who approved the third-party works?
