(1) Will the Minister for the Environment and Heritage detail which types of diversion schemes are eligible for payments from the resource recovery rebate scheme? (2) Will the minister confirm that payments from the RRRS will not be made for the use of any process that does not achieve recycling? (3) Does the City of Stirling’s Atlas Group Pty Ltd Alexander Drive scheme, which composts municipal solid waste at its Calingiri plant, meet the requirements of the RRRS? (4) Will the minister advise what method the Atlas solid waste treatment plant uses to separate organic material from inorganic material? Hon TOM STEPHENS
