(2) The average annual nutrient load measured at Pinjarra is 425 tonnes of Total Nitrogen and 8.5 tonnes Total Phosphorus. The estimated loadings given in (1) above represents 0.28% of the Total Nitrogen load and 2.8%of the Total Phosphorus load. (3) No, the Department of Environment (DoE) has not entered into such discussions. (4) About the same time as reticulated sewerage became available at this site, redevelopment proposals were being generated by the owner. The DoE has consistently requested the Shire of Murray ensure connection to reticulated sewerage be a condition of any redevelopment of the site. The site is under redevelopment at the current time and connection to sewerage is expected in this process.
