(1) No. (2) Yes. (3) A full investigation was carried out by members of the Cannington Police Inquiry Team. (4) The investigating officer advised that there was insufficient evidence and therefore a charge would not succeed. This view was also that of the investigators Senior Supervisor and a Commissioned Officer of Cannington District Office.
