I refer to question without notice 902 asked in the Assembly on 28 November 2006 concerning the Balga Works program. (1) Was a briefing note prepared by the Department of Education and Training for the Premier’s meeting in August 2004 with Messrs Carton, Hammond and Hodge? (2) If yes to (1), will the Premier table the briefing note; and, if not, why not? (3) Were any ministerial staff present at the August 2004 meeting? (4) If yes to (3), what are the names of the staff? (5) Was any other person present at the August 2004 meeting? (6) If yes to (5), what is the identity of the person or persons? (7) Were minutes taken at the August 2004 meeting; and, if not, why not? (8) If yes to (7), will the Premier table those minutes; and, if not, why not?
