I refer to the Standards and Guidelines for the Western Australia Country Health Service Maternity and Newborn Services, which classifies maternity and new born services in a scale of 1 to 5, and ask -
(1) What is the current classification of maternity and new born services at -
(a) Coolgardie Health Centre;
(b) Esperance Hospital;
(c) Kalgoorlie Hospital;
(d) Kambalda Health Centre;
(e) Laverton Hospital;
(f) Leonora Hospital;
(g) Menzies Health Centre;
(h) Norseman Hospital;
(i) Ravensthorpe Health Centre;
(j) Varley Nursing Post;
(k) Broome Hospital;
(l) Derby Hospital;
(m) Fitzroy Crossing Hospital;
