Further to the answer to question on notice 750 and subsequent correspondence dated 5 February 2007, I ask - (1) How many serious incidents have been reported to the chief psychiatrist in each of 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06? (2) How many of these serious incidents in each year in (1) are alleged assaults on staff or others by patients? (3) How many of these serious incidents in each year in (1) are alleged assaults on patients by staff? (4) In each year in (1) how many alleged assaults on staff or patients have been referred to police? Hon SUE ELLERY
