I refer to the Minister’s comment in the media statement titled "Six new social homes complete in Hamilton Hill" from January 9, 2026, that more than 3,800 social homes have been delivered since 2021, and ask: (a) What is the definition of “delivered” used for this claim, and what is the date range used; (b) What number of these social homes were: (i) new builds; (ii) purchased as complete; (iii) purchased off-plan; (iv) leased; and (v) other - please specify; and (c) For each of the above dwellings: (i) in which suburb were they delivered; (ii) what is their dwelling type; and (iii) the month and year delivered?

a) All homes are added to the delivery numbers at the point of practical completion or date of settlement dependent on the delivery method.
b) From 1 July 2021 to 31 January 2026, 3,881 dwellings have been delivered
(i and iii) 2,016 new builds.
(ii) 1,787 spot purchases, including large scale purchases such as the former Frasers Suites.
(iv) 4 leased.
(v) 74 properties transferred from other programs, such as GROH, where there is no longer a requirement.
(c) The Department does not provide dwelling type as part of regular reporting.
From 1 July 2021 to 31 January 2026, the 3,881 completions across Local Government Authority include:
