I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) No.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) As the
Minister for Transport has stated previously, the business case has a number of
elements that are considered to be commercially sensitive in relation to the
overall outcome of the project. As such, release of the business case could
jeopardise the state's position in achieving the best possible outcome
for the taxpayers of Western Australia. The commonwealth has advised it
supports the state's position.
