(a-g) Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) Rounds 1 and 2 will deliver over 2,340 social and affordable dwellings across the State, funded by $749.5 million in State upfront capital, with the Commonwealth providing availability payments and loans through Housing Australia.
The Department of Treasury and Finance coordinated and submitted project proposals from the Department of Housing and Works and DevelopmentWA, worked closely with Housing Australia to meet funding requirements, and supported Government decision-making through budgetary and financial analysis. Across both rounds, the State submitted 42 projects with 38 being successful through the various grant rounds.
