I refer the Minister to the portion of Marmion Avenue, from Ocean Reef Road to Beach Road, and ask: (a) Since 2008 how many times have traffic counters been installed along this portion of Marmion Avenue; (b) For each year since 2008, what was the number of vehicle movements recorded; (c) Of this portion of Marmion Avenue, what section of road recorded the highest number of vehicles, and what percentage increase has there been since 2008; (d) Since 2008 how many vehicle crashes have been recorded on this portion of Marmion Avenue; (e) Since 2008 how many fatalities have been recorded on this portion of Marmion Avenue; (f) Of the number of fatalities, how many were motorists, motorcyclists, pedestrians, and cyclists; (g) Since 2008, what intersection upgrades have occurred, what were the locations of these intersections, and what was the cost of each upgrade; and (h) Have any further intersection upgrades been planned or budgeted for in the next 12 months?
