with the member for Belmont—the lady preselected and elected on merit—Glenys
Godfrey. It is fantastic that the member continues to work with her on this.

Start the answer again, minister.
Hon HELEN MORTON : That is the way it is actually
written here. It is actually written as I have said it, but I am just thinking

The 2015–16 state budget includes $500 000 to undertake a joint planning
exercise with the City of Belmont to determine the most appropriate outcome for
the precinct and to address the heritage considerations of the Ascot kilns. The
local structure plan is a major step to help position how the government, in
consultation with the City of Belmont, will look to revitalise the Ascot kilns
and the surrounding land. Potential private sector investment will be explored
as part of this process.
