I refer to the Department of Transport's current review of the Peel Aquatic Use Plan and ask:
(a) what is the current status of the above plan;
(b) when did the review of this Plan take place and with what stakeholders was the plan discussed or submissions sought;
(c) how many organisations and/or individuals made formal submissions to the above review;
(d) can you provide a list of those organisations and individuals that made submissions to the above review;
(e) when will the review be completed and the recommendations/outcomes determined;
(f) will the results of the review be made public, and if not, why not;
(g) have there been areas identified within the Peel Waterways that will be gazetted as no access areas for powered vessels and or all craft; and
(h) if so, can you advise of these areas?
