(b) The Greater Bunbury Structure Plan Steering Committee.
(c) The Commitee membership is still being finalised, so it has not met.
(d) Mr Simon Holthouse.
(e) Mr Holthouse is a trained architect and town planner who has extensive planning experience and has formerly chaired the Western Australian Planning Commission and a number of high level strategic groups. He will be employed on contract for the duration of the project.
(f) Approx $20 000 per annum will be allocated to meet the Chairman's fees, committee expenses and public consultation.
(g) $20 000
(h) $40 000
Western Australian Planning Commission:

(b) Kimberley Region Planning Committee
Mid-West Region Planning Committee
Pilbara Region Planning Committee
(c) 16 December 2008. It is expected that these committees will be ongoing.
