(c) Between 23 September 2008 and 28 February 2009, a total of $28,217.54 has been paid for media monitoring services (total includes the monthly retainer and web hosting fee).
(d) and (e) The initial contract commenced in July 2005.
Under the terms and conditions of the contract, three extension options, each for a further 12 month period, are available.
The Department of Health exercised the second option to extend the contract on 17 July 2008.
