With reference to young people paroled, bailed or awaiting parole from all State Institutions -
(1) For the period, and by year, 1993-2002, how many young people (aged under 25 years of age) who were eligible for parole were not released, for a period greater than a day, because a condition of parole was that they have stable accommodation?
(2) How many young people (aged under 25 years of age) who are currently eligible for parole have not been released because a condition of parole is that they have stable accommodation?
(3) For the period, and by year, 1993-2002, how many young people (aged under 25 years of age) who have been released on bail with a condition of bail that they have or maintain stable accommodation have been taken back into detention because they have not maintained stable accommodation?
(4) With respect to the State Homelessness Taskforce Report of January 31 2002, what actions is the Department of Justice undertaking to address recommendations contained within the Report?
(5) With respect to the above Report, and in particular Recommendations 2.2.4, 2.2.5 and 2.3.8 (Action - Priority Table pages 6 and 7), is the Department of Justice preparing to implement these recommendations?
(6) With respect to those Recommendations listed above, is the Government prepared to commit to providing the funds as listed in the Report?
