(2) If yes to (1): (a) which sites has it agreed to sell; (b) what is the purchase price; (c) who is the purchaser(s); (d) on what date is it expected that the contract will become unconditional; and (e) on what date is it expected that settlement will occur? (3) Does the Minister expect that for any land sold at the Elizabeth Quay development there will be conditions on the purchaser of the land to commence or complete development on the land within a certain timeframe?
