I refer to negotiations for works to be completed at 23 Calinup Road, Gelorup during the completion of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road - Wilman Wadandi Highway construction, and I ask: (a) has a schedule of works for noise reduction and other issues been developed and agreed to; (b) if no to (a), when is such an agreement expected to be developed and agreed to, and when will action be taken to complete it; (c) if yes to (a), when will action be taken to complete the works; (d) when will the damage done to this property during construction be repaired; (e) has an engineer inspected the site to assess water drainage; (f) if yes to (e), what action will be taken on water drainage; and (g) if no to (e), when can the owner expect an engineer's visit?
