(a) $64million for the sale of Lots 7 and 8 to Chevron (TAPL) Pty Ltd.
(b) In 2015-16 revenue of $25million will be received from the sale of Lots 9 and 10 to Perth Far East Consortium Pty Ltd. There is a high level of interest in the remaining Lots however the revenue from these land sales is yet to be determined and will be subject to market conditions.
