(1) No.
(2) It is not intended to award any contracts as these works are being undertaken by Local Governments (Victoria Plains and Goomalling).
(3) No - Funding for the upgrading of Agricultural Lime Sands Cartage Route 2 is provided to Local Government from the top of the Rural Road Projects pool of the 'State Funds to Local Government'. These funds are provided on a 2:1 contributory basis similar to Regional Road Group Road Project funds.
