KING JARRAH
83. Hon LYNN MacLAREN to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to questions without notice
6 and 35 asked on Tuesday, 16 February, and Wednesday, 17 February.
(1) What is the
job title and relevant qualification of the Main Roads officer who authorised
the felling of the tree?
(2) Please table
the information on which the officer based his or her decision to authorise the
felling of the tree.
(3) In relation
to (2), if no document exists, please give details of what information,
originating from what source, and in what format the Main Roads officer
received.
(4) On what date did Colliers
International first start managing Main Roads' property portfolio?
(5) Does the
minister agree that the report by Phoenix Environmental Sciences listed trees
as conservation significant irrespective of whether black cockatoos are known
to breed in the Roe 8 project area currently?
